I decided to create this blog just to get some of the data out there for what LP’s I do have and condition of some of them. I just purchased my first record player since the 70’s so those LP’s that I know I listened to, before cassettes and CD’s I can now preview prior to my listing. Those LP’s that I had never played, will remain that way.
I am currently working on the studio LP’s of Ozzy, ACDC, Molly Hatchet and Ted Nugent. Some of these have never been played but I released the EP’s and Picture Discs prior to most of the studio releases.
It takes me quite a bit of time to photograph, write up, inspect and verify matrix run-out. After putting in 10hr work days, most of the time I put it off till I have down time.
Feel free to comment and ask questions. I will not subvert EBAY by selling outside their auctions. I can always set up a buy it now auction for a pre-determined price.
Speaking of price, I ship USPS media mail with insurance and signature required. This along with packaging cost me ~$12.00 so I only recoup a portion of cost. I have been thinking about working shipping price into auction and provide free shipping but that would create a higher starting point and multiple purchases would not get shipping discount.
